  I have just read your analysis of Coelho's The Alchemist and agree 100 per cent. The reason I agree is because the story happened to me in real life, and then I spent another 13 and a half years decifering the deeper meaning of the allegory. I have written a book about the odyssey. It is called TREASURE: A Soul Journey with The Alchemist. I have a facebook page for the book with the same title.
