Has the beast been spotted recently because I want to know where no to go. Also are there search parties out to find this before it doese any damage? Lastly has the lizard done any harm to the neighborhood such as brakoen fences, attacks, dead birds carcasses found in peoples yards, or people getting scared and leaaving the neighborhoods? Tip; Try looking in the sewers.

Tie-Dye, last I read was a short article in the Post-Dispatch from July 5. "4-foot-long pet lizard is still on the lam. * * * It's still not a good time to be a bird in the Compton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis. * * * St. Louis Health Commissioner Melba Moore said the city's animal control division is searching for the reptile but has not turned up anything yet."
If you are not familiar with the Compton Heights neighborhood, it is just south of Highway 44 and just east of Grand Avenue. A large stone watertown dominates the neighborhood and is visible from the highway. I live about one mile further south on the other side of Grand Avenue so it's close to home.
>>Tip; Try looking in the sewers.<<
Tie-Dye, are you appointing me to the search party? :o) I think I'll leave it to the professionals.
