The tributes just keep coming for Tim Russert. Here is my view of Tim Russert: he was a loyal boy scout, an altar boy publicly uncritical of the powers that be. He lacked a cynicism for government that anyone so long in Washington surely should have developed. He failed our country in the run up to the Iraq War.

Deborah Jeane Palfrey Suicide Note Forged?


The alleged suicide note left by Ms. Palfrey is a two page document with signatures on pages 1 and 2. Close inspection reveals major discrepancies between the two signatures. Will the police get experts to analyze the suicide note against known samples of Ms. Palfrey's signature? They appear to have already made up their minds that the note was genuine. Strange.
